Looking back over the last few months
Since September, we have started our very first assembly line and assembled our first device from scratch. This is a great achievement for our team and we are proud to be able to share the Tero adventure with those who have supported us from the very beginning.
Now, our objective is clear: deliver all the Tero devices to our customers.

For several months, the global manufacturing situation has been disrupted, difficult and unpredictable. As mentioned in previous communications, Tero is not immune to global issues related to COVID-19, labour shortages, and supply issues.
Faced with these issues and events beyond our control, the Tero team must constantly adapt. Despite the fact that our plans are often disrupted, we are in solution mode to deliver all the devices as quickly as possible.
Given these factors, we are presenting a new delivery schedule. It was developed in the light of the information we currently have and takes into account the various issues mentioned above. That said, we are not immune to possible changes given the unpredictability of the situation.

We would like to remind you that our goal remains to produce and deliver as many devices as possible every week while ensuring the quality of the products delivered. Tero’s entire team remains positive, proactive and is committed to keeping you informed as we receive updates from our side.
While waiting for your device to be delivered, we would like to remind you that when your device is ready, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package. If you are at home during delivery, your package will be delivered to you in person.
If not, a notice will be left on your door, in your mailbox or P.O. Box and you will have two weeks to pick up your package at the nearest Canada Post postal outlet.
Please note that if you have also ordered an anti-odor refill kit, it will be delivered in a separate box. Your device and refills are sent in two separate deliveries and you will receive them at a few hours or days intervals.
