Please make sure you follow all these steps to pair and connect your device to the mobile app you can find here.
Next, make sure that the following criteria are met:
- Your Tero Plus is plugged in and close by
- Your Tero Plus is not in operation
- Your Wi-Fi network is accessible, and you are close to your router
- Your mobile phone has power If any of these steps does not work, you can try the process again.
If one of the steps does not work, you can try to start the process again. We recommend that you disconnect and reconnect your device & close completely your application before trying to synchronize again.
