Refer to the following steps to save the settings of your favourite cycles.
Step 1: Go to the first tab of the Tero mobile app. You will find that 3 saved cycles are suggested by default: a morning, noon, and evening cycle.
Step 2: Choose a cycle and change it to add one that corresponds to your Tero Plus usage pattern. Now, you should be able to edit the cycle name and start time.
Step 3: Choose this saved cycle when you schedule a cycle.
