If odours occur during a processing cycle or when the appliance is switched off, this can be caused by two factors.
1. Your anti-odour filter is saturated. It is time to refill your anti-odour filter cartridge with new activated carbon granules. Also make sure the dust filter is clean and clear. Click here for instructions on when it is time to refill your anti-odour filter.
2. There is a problem with the lid seal. Make sure the lid is securely closed and the silicone seal is in place. If none of these solutions work, please contact us using this form.
